1) Pinnacle Store we make sure and try our best to provide all information as accurate as possible, however we deserve the right to

change/amend any info on the site relevant to the products without prior notice. In the event of mistakes made by suppliers or website

administrators while updating the product details such as product photographs, product specifications, package contents, price, etc.

Pinnacle Store reserves the right to change the incorrect information without any notice. Pinnacle Store will not accept any liability for

any loss or damage, which may be incurred by any person acting in reliance upon the incorrect information.

2) All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Pinnacle Store, Within one working day of

order placement, our sales personnel will contact you, either by phone or email to confirm the availability of the goods, delivery date,

etc. Only after receiving the phone call or email confirmation by our sales personnel will your order is considered confirmed and

effective. We try our best to dispatch all products ordered before 4 PM on the same confirmation day. In case the product is out of stock

or unavailable we inform the customers and arrange availability of that order.

3) Delivery charges will bear client in case of Bulk order.

4) The product can be returned if at the time of purchase the product has manufacturing fault, broken or scratched.

5) Original box and all accessories should be returned as well.

6) The defect should be reported within 2 working days of the delivery of the product.

Return Policy:

Pinnacle Store has a full one week return and replacement warranty for all our products so you can be sure that the product you have

purchased online has no manufacturing fault or defects. If any issue is reported within a week via email at info@pinnaclestd.com or by

calling at 03151168167 .then your product shall be replaced right away.

All Physical faults are to be inspected at the time of purchase and they are the ones which can be visible but claims for scratches, dents

shall not be entertained in our 7 Days return policy and only the issues that cannot be spotted are to be covered. You are requested to

check your product before you pay for it.

If you are getting your delivery from a Courier company *e.g. (TCS) or (OCS)* and they do not let you open the flyer then you can

report about any such issues on the day you get the delivery via call or email.

Making a Warranty Claim:

Before contacting Support, be sure to check different forums using google for the issue you are encountering, as it helps in most cases,

to resolve your issue, and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, our Support Team will provide instructions for sending back

your unit for replacement or repairs.

Once the product is received, Pinnacle Store will at its discretion, ship a replacement to you postage/shipping paid. If repairs are

required we shall update you within 10 days when we receive your phone on our end.

, Pinnacle Store reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style, or a substitute equivalent

that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis.

Replacement products are warranted as above for the remainder of the original applicable product warranty period, dated from the

original date of purchase.
