Q) Do I get what I see?

Yes! You will get what you see, all pictures that are on our website are taken of actual products and you will get the same product as the pictures.

Placing an order at Pinnacle Store is very easy! As you browse through www.pinnaclestd.com come into Store section, you can put the items in your Shopping Cart by clicking on 'Buy Now' enter your shipping address and pay cash on delivery.

Alternatively, you can call us 03151168167, to speak to our customer service agents. You may also choose to chat with us or simply email us at info@pinnaclestd.com / https://www.facebook.com/pinnaclestd/ websites and we will get in touch with you and will assist you with the order.

 

Q) Where do I find my order number?

The order number is sent to you on your registered email id once the order is successfully placed.

Q) Do I have to pay Delivery charges?

No, you don't need to pay any delivery charges, Delivery is free across Pakistan.

Q) Do I have to pay Bulk Order Delivery charges?

Yes, In bulk Delivery charges will bear client.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

Q) How do I cancel an order once placed?

If the order has not being shipped out, please contact our customer service team on 03151168167 and they will assist you. If the order has been shipped out, we would not be able to cancel the order, you may simply refuse it and it will come back to us.\


Q) What are the payment options available on our websites?

Cash on Delivery (CoD) for small order   
Cash on Delivery is an option to pay for your purchase in cash at the time of delivery.

Cheque/ Pay Order will be accepted for bulk order.

Q) I made a purchase on our websites, how do I know if the order was placed successfully or not?

Once a successful purchase is made, we send you confirmation order details via email on your registered email and our customer representative will call you on your mobile number respectively.

Q) What is the estimated delivery time?

We try and ensure that the ordered products are delivered to you as soon as possible. We deliver all our products within 2 working days. *

Q) Is it possible to request for a change of delivery address at any point of time after the order has been placed?

Yes! If the product has not being shipped out, we will be able to change the address; however, if the product has been shipped out changing the address is not guaranteed, but contact our customer service team to see the possibility of redirecting the package.

Q) Is there any warranty?

Yes, we are providing warranty item wise.

Q) Can I place an order for delivery outside Pakistan?

Currently Pinnacle Store only delivers within Pakistan. We will inform you when we set up international shipping.

Q) Where is your outlet/shop/showroom?

Our office is located in Karachi and we are working as online store as well as Software House.
